Training and Education
After the product is delivered, we schedule a trial run with the customer and assign a specialist to conduct the trial. During this process, we also provide training to ensure that operators thoroughly understand the product’s usage guidelines, operation procedures, and comply with safety regulations.




Regular Maintenance
We provide after-sales maintenance for our products and maintain regular contact with customers to ensure that the equipment system operates at a consistent level throughout its lifecycle. Regular maintenance helps extend the lifespan of the equipment and significantly reduces the likelihood of unexpected failures, ensuring smooth operation.



Warranty Service
After the equipment is delivered, we provide a warranty service for the product (excluding consumables and wiring) as per the terms of the contract. If the product is damaged due to accidents, improper use, or unauthorized repairs not in accordance with the user manual, it will not be covered under warranty, and a repair service fee may be charged to the customer.

Consumables

• Filter Cloth
  Filter cloth is a primary consumable for filter presses. We provide filter cloths for the equipment model ordered by the customer.

• Male/Female Screws
  These screws are used to fix the filter cloth in the center of the filter plates in "clamp-type filter presses." We offer replacement and sales of these parts.

• Pumps
  The core component of the mechanical equipment. We offer customers pump replacement and sales services.
